As a form of aerobic exercise, running can reduce stress and even help alleviate symptoms of depression.  We use this moment as a tool to build confidence and have a base structured outlet for our participants.

Hope

Hope is a feeling of expectation for a certain thing to happen, we have Meditation and Hope Sessions around real life situations.  This offers a different approach to the power of the mind as enter the next phase.

Work

Our program has professional workshops to build lifetime career opportunities through work vocational training and professional development that prepares the participants for the next level in life.
